Workshop: A 3-Hour Root to Rise Yoga Workshop with a Sound Healing session.
This workshop is a great introduction for beginners to yoga practice and those already practicing to get an in-depth chance and opportunity to not only practice but share experiences, discuss, make connections and experience a sound healing session.
What You’ll Experience:
Introduction to Yoga Philosophy & Practice (45 minutes)
Discover the core principles of yoga, focusing on alignment, mindfulness, and breathwork. A gentle asana practice (yoga postures) will be included, along with simple techniques to ground the body and quiet the mind.(Short Break for Refreshments – 10 minutes)
Enjoy a quick snack and stretch, allowing time to reflect and relax before the next segment.Sound Healing Session (30 minutes)
Immerse yourself in a soothing sound healing session. Through Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, we’ll help calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation and emotional balance.Discussion & Reflection (45 minutes)
We’ll wrap up the workshop with a group discussion, where you can reflect on your experience, ask questions, and learn how to incorporate the practices into daily life.
